Outreach for the Alabama South District is about small acts of kindness done with great love which will transform our communities. Our vision is that each church will actively serve their community through servant evangelism. Dr. Boone will be sharing practical ways that we can share the Love of Jesus Christ in our communities.

Dr. Dan Boone

Dan Boone has served as the senior pastor of Trevecca Community Church of the Nazarene in Nashville, Tennessee and College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais, Illinois, which serves Olivet Nazarene University. In 2005, Dan Boone was elected to serve as the 11th president of Trevecca Nazarene University, a position he has held since then. He is a 1977 graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary and a 1974 graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University.

The following books have been written by Dan Boone: Answers for Chicken Little-A No-Nonsense Look at the Book of Revelation (2006), The Worship Plot: Finding Unity in Our Common Story (2007), Seven Deadly Sins: The Uncomfortable Truth (2008), Preaching The Story That Shapes Us (2008).
